Button Fern (Pellaea rotundifolia)

$15.00

Aptly named the Button Fern, this evergreen fern has long, arching, wiry stems covered with a cinnamon brown fuzz adorned with glossy, rounded pinnae in pinnate pattern, reminiscent of rows of dark green shiny buttons. It enjoys warm climes and the waxy foliage makes it somewhat drought tolerant, so prefers to dry out in between waterings or stay lightly moist, although they may require more water once they become pot-bound or in the hot summer months.
