Hosta 'Blue Mouse Ears' (Dwarf Blue Plantain Lily)
New item, picture coming soon!
We have grown several different types of compact hostas over the years, including several different ‘Mouse’ cultivars, and this is one of the daintiest! Small rounded leaves with a blue-green sheen on the edges and a limey streak toward the center stalk make this an adorable addition or companion for dwarf ferns or fairy gardens. It is relatively well behaved and will not spread too quickly, and even it’s bloom spikes are very short and compact barely rising above the foliage and bear pinkish-lavender flowers in the late spring to midsummer.
