Hosta 'Hideout' ('Hideout' Variegated Dwarf Plantain Lily)
Hosta 'Hideout' ('Hideout' Variegated Dwarf Plantain Lily)
A very compact and low growing dwarf hosta with lance shaped, slightly curly leaves that are white in the center and mid-green on the margins. Short bloom spikes with lavender colored flowers emerge in the late spring to midsummer. A maximum leaf height of about 4” or 5” makes this an excellent companion plant for compact and dwarf ferns that are 6” to 1’ in height, and it’s small stature also makes it suitable for fairy gardens!
